Responsible for advertising EE in various ways and organising collateral (e.g. brochures)

The Catering Couple coordinate, source and supply all food for the weekends - work closley with the Registration couple.

Organises and administers running of the EE group, including organising meetings, agenda’s & minutes, setting dates of weekends.

Co-ordinate and undertake the mail-out of letters, brochures and other promotional material to the Parish Priests and other relevant people. This occurs once a year (around October).

Responsible for assigning couples attending a weekend a Prayer Couple and ensuring that Prayer Cards are delivered to the presenting couples before the weekend. Because of their contact with weekend couples, the Prayer Coordinating Couple work closely with the Recruitment Couple.

The Prayer Couple prays for a couple who are currently attending a weekend, as well as writes a Prayer Card for that couple before the weekend. This prayer card will be given to the weekend couple by the presenters, at the weekend.

Presenters are responsible for delivery of the talks on weekends. Presenters are the visible face of EE to couples. Ideally they should be Catholic and must be accepting of all couples regardless of their situation.

The Priest Liaison Couple posts the Priest Evaluation Sheets that couples complete on a weekend to the priest who is that couple’s marriage celebrant.

Responsible for recruiting new members to our community, including following up with couples who have indicated on the weekends their desire to be involved in the community.

The Registrations Couple take bookings for the weekend including management of deposits and payments. They also maintain lists of attendees for weekends and liaise with other team couples organising the weekend.

Responsible for organising social events - at this stage this is just the Christmas Party, but we want to expand this over time.

The wedding card couple are responsible for mailing out the wedding cards which are prepared at each weekend by the team.

Attends the Saturday morning of the weekend to welcome couples as they arrive at the venue and make them feel comfortable.
